Users may cancel their subscription to the Service at any time by contacting our customer support team or through their account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
ChannelManager India reserves the right to cancel or suspend a user’s access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the business. In such cases, users will be notified of the reason for cancellation or suspension.
Refunds are available for cancellations made within 30 days of the initial purchase of the Service. The refund amount may vary depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy if the Service is integrated with specific hotel bookings.
If the Service involves bookings or reservations with hotels, the refund amount will be subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy. Users are advised to review the specific hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of booking to understand the potential refund amount and any applicable charges.
To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details, including proof of purchase and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon with the guest.
Setup fees, customization fees, and any other one-time fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or for unused services.
ChannelManager India reserves the right to modify or update the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
