Credit card and guest information automatically or manually entered into the system should be stored and protected in line with international credit card storage compliance and Privacy Policy regulations. Credit card details will be permanently removed from the channel manager system automatically 6 months after the booking if still recorded in the system.
ChannelManager is responsible for storing and transmit card information securely as per the PCI DSS standards. The responsibility of Card Data that are accessed by the property's authenticated user belongs to property and property is responsible to protect and ensure security of all information.
